Refund & Return Policy
At MyFramedAuto, every product is custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damages, defects, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Personalized and custom-made products
All posters sold by MyFramedAuto are made-to-order and personalized based on customer selections, uploaded images, specifications, or requested vehicle information.
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Therefore:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- We do not accept returns due to incorrect customer-provided information
- We do not accept exchanges for custom-made products
- We do not provide refunds after production has started
European Union customers
Customers located in the European Union acknowledge that the products sold by MyFramedAuto are personalized and custom-made goods exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection law.
By placing an order, you expressly consent to the immediate production of your personalized item and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once production begins.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is custom-made specifically for you.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved for an eligible issue, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
